The way I got a shiny spectrier was through a home account on a throw away email, gave the person the info, they log in and put it on there then I grab the pokemon off of home and onto my game, it's a kind of risky trade if you don't know the person but it's one way to get it, there is also lan trade but that's a much more annoying set up since you need a pc to do it
