It's the second tab over when looking at your Pokémon's summary while it's in your party, it also gives it a nickname when you use it in battle. You can take it off and put it back on as well

It means they have a tag Or Ribbon/Mark For example one of mine has a mark called partner Marks. basically in the final thing where Called memories put on a ribbon/Mark and it will have a title sometimes random Pokémon can have a ribbon/Mark or You can get your own Pokémon to have one you have to do stuff though
