Both shiny Zacian and Zamazenta are legal through getting the mystery gift code from GameStop. Pokemon sword players will be able to receive shiny Zamazenta and as for Pokemon Shield players are able to receive shiny Zacian. Sadly shield players can't receive shiny Zamazenta through the code since it's exclusive from it's counterpart and same goes for sword, though you could traded it from sword to shield and vise versa.
