first step spin in a very specific spot for about 30 seconds
Second step turn to face a yellow bush and pull out your camera put on the tired music and change the camera tone to sepia and turn till you see meloetta

And the sepia step is a reference to character dialogue in black 2 and white 2 where he mentions hearing a song that brought him sepia tone memories
