I get pretty consistent lag in small increments(most I've gone without lag is like 5 minutes maybe unless im just completely still) when entering, exiting buildings and new areas, when mounting, when opening menus. It just feels so rough around the edges. Even get lag going into battles, and when battles end. Though its weird cuz i get none of this in legends or shield.

Okay, then yeah I'm all out of ideas. Maybe try closing and restarting the games? I know Scarlet and Violet both have "Memory Leak" issues that hinder performance

I noticed lags on Scarlet but not on Voilet that much to realize

It could be a memory leak issue, as the games performance tends to get worse the longer you play it. So just closing and restarting the game fixes the memory leak, and it runs fine again

I would think that would be the main issue too, but this stuff starts pretty much right after i launch it. I appreciate all the suggestions though.
