Here is a method on how to get Jhoto Woopers

#

All you gotta do is give Manchester (your Quagsire/Jhoto Wooper you receive in Cascarrafa by giving a woman a Paldean Wooper) an everstone (which prevents Paldean Woopers from coming from an egg, and only Jhoto Woopers) and have only him, and a ditto in your party. Then have a picnic and make an ultra peanut butter sandwich. It has banana, peanut butter, butter, and jelly. Make the sandwich, play with Manchester and your ditto, and then check the basket for eggs. You should receive a lot of them. Woopers hatch fast, so just ride Koraidon/Miraidon around and let the magic happen. After you get your woopers, you can have an army of Quagsires.

Find a Pokémon you really want, figure out the right food then picnic reset until you get it. There are many guides online on where to find the best spots for certain Pokémon.

Well all I got is that they usually spawn when you least expect it so I travel every place cautiously because when you go by a pokemon group there will be a 1/100 chance of it shiny so take your time when you go shiny hunting
