Only thing I know is that Sc/Vi kind of works different. If the pachi in your party is holding the mirror herb, with a maushold that knows Follow Me, the pachi should learn it, tho not necessarily the eggs

I'm not sure on how the whole breeding thing works, as I never focused on it too much except for shiny hunting
