I think this really only makes sense to do if you have extra shards of one of the expensive heros. I have Jinn, Aly, Seon, and Davison at level 17. So I trade shards I get for them for cheaper ones like Harrison, Dracula, and Drake. I buy Drake to turn to dust using the magic dust wheel, you can sell an Aly at the peak and buy 3 Drake shards and turn them to human dust. The trading hall doesn't make sense for everyone.

You should delete the sales you set up and set them for the peak sale prices in the chart which is a link in the pinned messages.

In my opinion Summoning is better than the Wheel for getting Legendary heroes, especially once you have experience with the Trading Hall. But the Wheel is better overall because it produces scrolls. So I prioritize the Wheel until I hit the maximum (1200?) and then switch to Summoning.

I'd be quite cautious when selling shards. Apollo and Drake are both really cheap so selling them won't benefit you much. But you do as you feel best

Experienced players sell expensive shards (Davison, Selene, etc.) to subsequently buy cheap shards (Drake, Apollo, etc.) and bring those cheaper heroes to L15. Additional cheap shards are then used in the Magic Dust Wheel.

Sorry I don't understand what you need. Price list in the link provided. Use the prices and set up your bids for example for the next day. Transactions can happen four times a day, every six hours. You are able to sell or buy max 5 shards per day - but if you trade different shards trades stop at 3 shards. Meaning if you buy/sell 3 no more will go anymore through at that day.

It can't and never can be fully player to player otherwise it will destroy game balance. So yes it's system regulated place for trading shards , platform as system is needed to avoid speculation and inflation. You shouldn't tread Trading Hall as stock market of place where you can get discount, you simply need to see as feature to sell shards you don't need and use obtained coins to purchase what you need. It's a bit like when you sell old phones or exchange to new one at providers.

Yes, summary max 5. And if you want combine, my experience says, that you need first times 1, second times 1 and third time more. If you once have transaction 2 or more, then is not possible to buy or sell more. I don´t know that it is a rule, but my experience says that is.

It is safer that way so long as you get the hang of it.

Up till today (in the past 14 days period) the sales prices grew, so if you put up yesterday batch and today batch, both transactions went through on "their" day, because on the cheaper day the more expensive bid was not selling, only the cheaper one.

From today onward the buying bids can be set up in advance for the next 14 days (even the same day).

As you know, there are great players who have been constantly updating the spreadsheet that helps many of you buy and sell heroes.

We would like to use this opportunity and make it a bit more convenient for you to check heroes’ prices.

To help with that, we are introducing a new command that will save you time checking the spreadsheet.

It is +th <hero name>

For example +th Vlad

It will show Vlad’s purchase prices that you can use to help you with trading.
Please note the the prices, although can help you trade, are still estimates, and are supposed to get you in the right ballpark. These may not be correct and will require further adjustments.

Depends on the number of shards. You can buy or sell at most five shards per day.

However, at the same time, you can do at most three transactions.

From my experience (and seeing what other players said here as well) it's better to put just 1 sell order for 1 hero if you're selling 5x, when we put more than one the system gets confused or whatever 🤷‍♂️

Reset for me coincides with a new day in winter, and 1 hour after midnight in summer, so it's always a straightforward process knowing the values, no need to calculate if i need to wait x hours to put the correct value.
Only started noticing those value fails after the bot came out

Sometimes sales didn't go through in the 1st trading window, so it's possible the problem always existed

Normally i put the sell order mid-day or in the morning, depending on when the previous one went through, i only put a new one in after it. There's still 1 or 2 trading windows available for that day.
I wondered if that would have an impact on when that new selling order would go through so i decided to put the new selling order only after all trading windows were closed. Come reset and my sale order went through. Will try the same tomorrow and see if I'm on to something.

The reply we've received in the past is that the algo is "complicated" and working as intended. Best practice is to list in lots of five and have multiple heroes up for bid each day to ensure you get a sale.

I think the honest explanation would be that AoW manipulates the market and is withholding selling transactions for certain heroes depending on god knows what criteria.

Could just be an unknown factor driving this. I've missed Selene sales most frequently in the day before peak and peak days. It's annoying, but seems to happen frequently. I recommend offering up at least two heroes each day if possible and in blocks of five. That seems to help get one sale at least in my experience.

For me, trades aren't going at the exact quoted prices even after +6hrs and more. If the initial quote doesn't go though, i put up another sale but for 1 coin less. Keep both active and the lower one gets sold

If I have plenty of spare shards so I don't need to be careful or just start sales I will set it up like this:
2500, 2483, 2450, 2400, 2350, 2300, 2250

So you can try like this and make more orders, remember:
1 - the more orders the more chance to go through
2 - the more range variety more chance

Increased demand and offers may affect purchases and sales, so one needs to wait longer, but eventually (very fast）, it will be better to submit orders as many as possible to have a better chance to sell/buy faster. Most active traders got the better total amount of sales.

Your instruction isn't clear. I set my sales price every day based on the chart. Nothing has gone through lately. Aly priced at chart price and -20 down to -100 below chart and all failed again.

The big problem is that the chart is not solid gold and No one update it.
So if the price changes and you are alwyas using it you only know that doesn't work or the price isnt the right one when you don't sell a thing and as you are using prices that need to be update it don't sell nothing until you get one that works again

I think that it matters how many other players are offering (i.e., selling) hero shards. There might be a limit to how many hero shards of one kind (across all players) can be sold per transaction period. If many people want to sell Davison or Selene shards, your sale might not get through. It can be that last posted sales (e.g., immediately after reset) are processed before sales that were posted earlier (e.g., before reset).

Yes, that would be normal for me as well. I had Vlad set to sell at a given price for ten days in advance of day I was shooting for. Wanted to sell him before he went on CM as I have had troubke selling heros that are in a current event. He sold right after reset on the desired day at chart price. Set up the next day ahead of reset and sold Vlad again at reset. Then Set up Aly before reset and she sold at chart price on 12/23. Nothing has moved since....

You can try to sell multiple shards of different heros in on go but you won't sell more than 5 and you maybe don't even sell all. Sometimes when you put many transactions for the day the mini game of trading hall just collapse and don't do a thing.
The best way it is ways try the max amount of the same day by day

Selling Issue and how I managed to deal with it:
Step 1: Set Price According to table
Step 2: Check Sale approx 40. Min after reset, if went through (approx 2x out of 9 for each selling window), chears. If not, contuniue to:
Step 3: Delete current listing and set new Price = Tableprice - 5
Step 4: Check Sale aporox 40 Mins after "Checkpoint". If sale went through: Chears! If not: Continiue to:
Step 5: Delete current listing and create new listing with price = table price (alternative: new price = table price - 10).
If your reset time suits your waking hours, you shall be able to catch one more check point. In this case just do it again: delete and recreate to a +/- 5 from last try price (max selling price is always the current table price).
Consider: transaction ia executed on reset and then on every 6 hours. BUT: Your notification and balance settlement are triggered 10 to 30 mins after, e.g. do not act directly after reset, otherwise you will endanger the transaction.
With this method I managed to get from frustrating 3-4 sells to 8 aells within a selling window.

That's my conclusion cause I found that now on several heros including silvax as i told yiu yesterday on my previous message I will try to sell her not at chart price if not at lower. Here it is .

So if you found an error of selling on any hero re think it for the next day selling it at a lower price of the chart suggest .

A few pointers that will make this go better:

1. post sale bids prior to reset
2. Post sales in blocks of 5 shards whenever possible
3. Post multiple heroes so that your odds of a sale go up
4. If by reset +12 no bid has been accepted, drop prices by 5-10 coin below listed prices.

These generally make it so I always get a sale during the best selling times. Best of luck.

I sell in blocks of five. If my frist trade does not go through at Reset I add a backup trade, then another, and another as needed. I had no trouble with my sales after those two days, and so far this seaon I haven't had any problems. I just think the system has an RNG regarding sales going through.

Well, for what it's worth, I don't use just spare shards in the TH. I pick one hero to go after, and I sell every shard from all other heroes to get that hero. This worked to get me Jinn, Vlad, Sylvax, Selene, and Rooster. On the down side, I have very few shards of Davy, Seon, and Copernicus.

I also devote a fair number of gems to summoning heroes when going after a high-priced hero. This strategy may be unorthodox but it works for me.

I set up my buying and selling a week before the transaction date. My price margin is plus or minus 5-10 coins. To increase my chances, I only buy and sell single shards. 3 identical shards in 1 transaction always ends badly over time. This method works well, EXCEPT for the best days. No transactions happen for me on the best 2-3 days. Regardless if you're buying or selling.
Setting up a spread of prices is annoying and doesn't work either. ie- Want to buy Drake @ 813. I'll post 3 transactions to buy 1 shard. Offering 818, 823 and 828 coins. No sale. Same thing the next day when the price goes up to 867.

Is there any particular order for buying shards different heroes in 1 day?

Sometimes for certain players certain hero sales do not go true I usually set up 2 to 3 different heroes to sell and 1 usually goes through
