I usually start selling during the second week of price growth. I don't know how you can sell selene tomorrow, you can try a little less than 2550. ( 2548?) but if you can wait it is best to sell close to February 22nd when she will be over 4000.

I don’t believe so, but I’m not an expert. Today is the best buying day so selling would likely be at the absolute lowest. Unless you have a ridiculous excess of shards or really really need some coins, I’d hold off on selling for at least 5 days, best wait 10 days and then you get a solid 5-6 days of selling

Buying and selling general points. Please feel free to correct if I make a mistake.

• can only buy 3 shards per day.
• can only sell 3 shards per day.
• Buying and selling is on a 28 day cycle. With peak sell day 14 days apart from peak buying day.
• if only buying a few or selling a few, best practice is simply wait to use the peak day. Best range is 3 days prior to peak and 1 day after.
• if buying/selling a lot, best practice is to buy/sell the lowest priced shards outside of peak periods and buy/sell your most expensive shards in the peak window. This maximizes your Hero coins.

Personal buying example: my Chione and Harrison are super low and I want to beef them both up as high as I can. I have an excess of Jinn, Aly and Seondeok so I sell a lot of them and have excess hero coins.
Maximum shards I can get every 28 days is 84, so I’m buying Chione on the cheapest 14 days and buying Harrison on the most expensive 14 days. I end up with 42 of each shard after 28 days. This way I spend 212,388 hero coins. If I flipped and bought Chione the 14 most expensive days and Harrison the 14 cheapest days I would’ve spent 238,902 hero coins instead, which is obviously a huge waste of 26,514 hero coins.

Hope that provides some clarity on when and what to buy/sell.

The range seems right to me regarding those heroes.
The adjustments I'd make would be:
Horus- 620-670
Posi- 1220-1300
Increments of 10s.
But as I said, selling is a mess...
I could sell for a certain price, that doesn't guarantee another player to sell at the exact same time.
The method I'm using while selling is going for one hero, delete and rewrite the bids 5 min after each transaction window, if the sell didn't execute.

And I think I remember @spare star saying something about a certain limit in selling 3 shards of the same hero, so mixing up heroes might be even more effective than the method I'm using.

1st one is at reset, then 2nd one 6h later, then 12h later, then 18h later. There's 4 time slots, but you can only buy/sell 3 shards, and only 1 shard per time slot
Edit: apparently if it's different here it can be bought/sold in the same time slot

Sometimes reported sales will go through for what is expected above maximum prices. This chart is not perfect. Worked in DM with a few people. Really made a push to finalize this list. Added decimals to accomodate several heros. Items marked completed are going to be very close to maximum prices. Some reported sales above these prices (+5-10 coins), however we are not loosing sleep over a few hero coins.

Max for Apollo was 405 for me today, I put multiple bids separated by one, but they didn’t trigger

So we know limit is 3 shards sold per day. And in any one transaction time (eg, +6 to choose one at random) you can only sell 1 shard of the same hero. But you could actually sell 3 shards at +6 if they were different heroes. So given selling is so flaky, best strategy is perhaps to try to sell shards you really want to sell at reset and +6, but then if that fails, you can still stand a chance of selling 3 shards in a day by trying to sell 3 separate hero shards at both +12 and +18?

That is correct. I always list only 2 shards of a given hero for each individual day. Try to have 2 or more heros listed for each day.

For instance if I want to sell 8 chione shards I will have them listed 2/day for 4 days. Then I will mix in a single kraken posi etc to catch the third sale on each day.

Jinn’s sell price is beyond my understanding, yesterday papi sold it at 2950, I tested 2951-3010 with no hits in 3 trading windows. Today it’s 3028. It means an increase of 78, way higher than any other heroes and it makes other jinn data points unreasonable, unless jinn price was changed in this cycle

Since it is a computer program odds are it isn't random, there are just variables we don't know about. Might be if too many people sell higher than max they raise max. Or lower it. Or something else we don't even consider. I think they see this as a stock market so I always expected fluctuations, I was surprised it was as predictable as it is.
