There should be a sound when resetting the case I'm pretty sure of that but when opening the case I've never heard any. Could be just me since I've never touched a pair of real airpods

When u changed it to high sens did u factory reset it like how the app says to do

And if so is just the 15 second button hold sufficient enough to factory reset it and get the high sens to activate
