Box is alright, gets the job done. No JBL branding but otherwise looks alright to me.
Build Quality: 09/10
Feels really, really solid to me. I'm not sure if it's waterproof or dustproof (IP67) like the retail version but it seems really sturdy and has some nice grippy, rubber feet on the bottom so that you can stand it up. It's got the strap as well for you to hang it or hold onto it. Coming to the star of the show, we got the 360 Lighting thingy which is honestly, quite cool. Has a bunch of different lighting modes that you can cycle through, sopme matching retail while others don't. I didn't expect myself to find it as fun as I did. It's pretty bright and is definitely a cool party trick to pull up with. Pretty good!
Sound Quality: 09/10
Honestly speaking, this has to be one of the better sounding speakers I've heard. Can get really loud yet has decent enough bass to back it up, especially when it's placed onto a surface that can vibrate and transfer energy like a table or anything similar. The best thing is that there's no crackling or "tearing" even at the max volume. Being the hiphop and rap fan I am, those were the songs I tested and I'm really happy.
Connectivity: 10/10
Connects quite easily to my iPhone and Androids as well, Windows too!
Battery: ?/10
Battery seems to be interesting. I've pushed it quite the bit yet it hasn't depleted or gone down as much as you'd expect. Might test it to see if it can hit the 12h advertised on the box.
Overall: 9/10
At 50$, it's solidly priced and a fraction of what the retail costs, making this a must-get from my end.
