V5.1 Review after a few hours of use (Updated the review, check new thread)

I dk why ppl trying to get the V5.1, Airpods Pro Gen 2 were release just few months ago and pls pls pls don't expect airreps gen 2 to be a matured product. Even TB took more than a year to release the final v4.9TB build. Plus this v5.1 are also not TB version. If i were you i would request them to send another unit of v4.9TB instead of v5.1

yep, I was able to control everything using the airroha app and flycc on the 4.9tb, same on this one, but they sound terrible

i myself even have the v4.5 & v4.9 both are TB version, i am no audiophile but for me they sound awesome at this price range compare with other competitor.

I have 4.9 hulian and airoha , my 5.1 is hulian and I think they sound better than either 4.9 I own

I got my 5.1 and they are pretty much good to my experience i have owned galaxy buds plus previously they are equally matched in my thought

Actually buds plus have very nice sound signature but they offer a little less bass. In my case I have never tried og airpods pro but they are not the best sounding earpods out their.

Personally, I bought these for ANC and Transparency, and I think I made a mistake, could have gone for better chinese buds than these. If they had sounded even like my 15$ Reps, and had ANC, Transparency, I wouldn't have complained. There is a very noticeable white noise even when ANC is turned off. So idk

btw its just the EQ is close to retails but mostly compared to airpods pro gen 1, they added more boost to bass for v5.1 but If you like bass you will never enjoy huilian products - they tend to focus more on vocal /rhythm wise

the speaker itself also kinda small (7mn driver) although two sound chamber to seperate the bass mid highs - this help to widen the sound stage but the issue here is with the EQ they set - the driver is alway weak bass - u can improve slightly toward bass but it will never be comparable to 4.9TB in terms of bass - let alone airpods pro gen 2

i dont think any of 4.9tb eq is close to airpods pro

eq 1 is more toward beats

2 is ok for vocal focus, 3 is rhythm based - if u rap hip-pop

4 is wider sound stage but a bit flat
