Had to do a chargeback with Dyson (as an absolute last resort after months of him lying to me). Guy has horrible post-sale service. Would absolutely not trust. Look up on the subreddit if you want example after example of it. This is why he is not a verified seller despite being around for a fair bit of time. Consistently poor post-sales. Have ordered numerous Jenny+HiCities without any issues.
