Hmm that looks really odd. It doesn't look like an issue related to the Fireworks Mania Mod Tools, but a general Unity issue.
Have you tried google the issue?
One note, the version of Unity that the Mod Tool currently uses will show up as some red "security" issue in Unity hub. I'm aware and will update the Mod Tools soon to use a later version. These security issues shouldn't be a problem when building mods like we are doing though
