Clearing the cache, disabling the antivirus don't help me, I tried to write to the developers by email, and in response they receive a response generated by a bot. 1. Reinstalling the game does not help, even on another disk.
2. Disabling the anti-virus does not help either.
3. All files on the disks were checked for viruses using different programs, and no viruses were found, and all files are not damaged.

This problem appeared after the new season came out. It was enough for me to enter the game once with the purchase of the new DLC, so that after that the game stopped opening (The gameplay was completed correctly, without emergency shutdowns of the game or PC)

I also heard somewhere that there might be some broken file on the game account that Steam doesn't see when checking for complete files, and one person from the Internet sent this file to the game developers in X so that they could fix it for him. But unfortunately, I couldn't find confirmation of this information, or that someone did exactly the same thing. There is no access to X in my country, so I can't test this, but when I tried to write to them by email, I received responses from a bot.

When you were uninstalling the game, did you made sure that the folder with the game was properly deleted by Steam? Because sometimes it doesn't check deletes them properly.

do you mean delete the steam folder in program files? i will lose all progress then and my dlc will be reset

No, I mean the Game folder itself, because sometimes when games are being uninstalled via Steam, their folder with some files still remain inside the Steam folder.
