WIth Anxi Desert it is usually a small time gain
all stages except like 1 or 2 and the boss are time losses
you can gain at most an overall time gain of 30 ish seconds in the entirety of an anxi desert run
but at the same time, Anxi Desert has the worst stage of all stages in its selection for endless
you can lose between 1-2 minutes in that one specific room and absolutely screw your chances of any good outcome in the end of the desert
