i mean, since suicide device (i'm assuming) force kills your mech, makes sense it forfeits the frame progress.

like the description of suicide device and what it actually does are just two different things
it says it creates a mini mech that explodes, like a lil suicide bomber
but instead you can use mech redeployment to drop down your mech
then it'll disappear and spawn next to you with the same amount of hp as before
and your mech redeployment will instantly be charged back

they won't, cuz it's working as intended.
just tested the ascension, it force kills the mech when it explodes.
