SCP-999 Problem is very simple, u spawn as a tutorial and most servers have the config for tutorial:

can_tutorial_block_scp173: false
can_tutorial_trigger_scp096: false
can_scp049_sense_tutorial: false
tutorial_not_affected_by_scp079_scan: true
can_flashbangs_affect_thrower: false

Because people use tutorial most likely for Serpents Hand and Moderators to punish rule breakers.

I recommend adding schematic for the model
for an example SCP-294 using: schematic_name: 'scp294'

And there is another desire about the next update of your plugin, to make sure that when spawning for a custom role, a broadcast is displayed, not a hint (preferably this is configured in the config to replace the hint with a broadcast)

the issue with the plugin for the patch was it was detecting you changing role and fucking up your custom role with high player counts

so it caused abilities to mix up and just brick
