i have used may ways to get it fixed but yet still nothing has changed

Indicating that VTS can't get any data from your webcam.
Can you try opening the webcam in OBS? Does it work there?

VTS is not getting any data from your webcam.

Just to make sure, can you try using a different tracker? Try selecting the Google Mediapipe one.
And I think I sent this to you before, but please check this page:
Specifically, the "Check any antivirus/security apps" section.
Sometimes, Windows security settings (or your 3rd party antivirus app settings) can prevent VTS from accessing the webcam.

i just did that and it started working randomly so thank you
