#[ UPDATE, SOLVED ] VTubeStudio's "External Application Integration" feature does not work for Live2D

One thing that jumps out to me in your video there, you seem to have both your VTubeStudio API port being 22033 and the Live2D one as 22033 which will cause issues with whichever is listening.
As a test, are you able to try the following?
- In VTubeStudio turn off "Start API"
- In Live2D Editor turn on the switch next to "Port Number"
- In VTubeStudio turn on the "Connect" for Live2D API
Okay so i have updated Live2D and VTS to the latest version, 1.29.0 and Live2D 5.1.00 already, yet still i have the same issue on the new PC i'm in.
I am getting pretty desperate, because this is a really amazing feature
and would improve a lot my rigs
If you note on Cazzar’s screenshot, his port for the plugins is 8001, not 22033. You have both ports (plug in and live2d api) set to 22033 which might be an issue.
i tried setting now VTS to the same settings Cazzar showed and now shows this:
i'm trying to switch on the Live2D thingie and not only it doesn't show VTS, it doesn't even switch
Do you have a firewall you might need to allow permissions on for vts and live2d?
i have windows defender if that works
i allowed both VTS and Live2D to it
UPDATE: I'VE SOLVED IT.
