Hiii,
so I have uninstalled PNGmaker from steam. I have restarted my pc. I have gone into installation help in vtube studio and uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted PC. Restarted both VTS and Discord... not sure what else I can do hah.
Discord has Vtube studio listed as a camera option, but when active it shows PNG maker screen.
I also have an issue with Steam opening inside the VTS window and if anyone wants to vc about it to see what I'm talking about I'd be happy to show you lol
#Discord Shows PNGmaker Screen and not Vtube studio

bumping as it's been a while
Sorry it's my first time hearing about PNGmaker, but I'm not sure what you mean by not showing the correct application in discord.
Do you "share your screen" then pick "applications" and then select "vtubestudio"?
@raw oriole since it's been a while since someone has seen this
No It works that’s way, but I thought the virtual camera would allow it to act like a camera -so if I joined a discord chat and opened up the camera options I have all my options for my actual cam and my virtual ones are there. If I select VTS as the cam I want to use for video chat it shows PNG maker instead of VTS…
I was using a PNG model for a while and switched programs
ahhh! Gotcha!
So, I decided to try for myself using it as a virtual camera, the only thing is that I don't have PNG maker installed so it might be different, but I followed these steps to have it work as a camera on discord:

Is there a way to uninstall the PNG maker if it keeps coming up? Just to see if that at least helps the VTS show up as a camera in discord?
In case you are worried about links:

- Launch VTube Studio.
- Double click to show the menu. Click the pink icon with the gear cog symbol on it.
- On the very top left, you should see a menu bar that has 4 icons. Click on the camera icon.
- Scroll down until you see something that says "Virtual Webcam Config." Install that plugin.
- After you install it, go to Discord, and open up your settings. Click on the left side where it says "Voice & Video."
- Scroll down until you see "Camera." Switch your camera to "VTubeStudioCam."
- Join a voice room and see if it works. Turn on your camera and see the magic. Make sure that VTube studio is running at the same time you have Discord open (obviously).
NOTE: Be advised that when I first tried it, my camera was moving the opposite way from VTube Studio's camera (in other words, everything was reversed). To prevent this from happening, go back to VTube Studio and repeat steps 1-4 mentioned above, but on step 4, instead of installing the plugin (because you already did that), click on the little slider that says "Mirror Video."
Hope this helps.
Thank you I will try this after work!
