Have you tried calibrating the tracking with a neutral face looking in the direction you want to be "center"?

UPDATE: I tried with Prprlive and Facerig and the eyes were centered on those hmmm

another update: does the same thing with a fresh install on another computer with the default models. i'm stumped.

Was that computer located in the same area as the previous computer?
