hi there, I never had this issue until the recent update of vtube studio where when i tab into a game like Valorant, my model lags. I've noticed a HUGE drop in FPS in vtube studio when this happens...When i tab out, she isnt lagging anymore and the FPS remains as it should. I have tried starting everything as administrator; still lags. I have tried turn on and off the GPU priority button in vtube studio; still lags. I have updated my drivers, and tried every possible setting i could, i have limited my vtube studio FPS as well... I am not sure what is causing my model to lag/drop FPS when I tab into games.

There haven't been any changes to anything that could affect performance for the last few months.

How do I find my VTS logs?

Please navigate to the local files of VTS. This can be done in Steam by clicking on the ⚙️ gear icon then Manage > Browse Local Files (see image below)

If you are on Windows, please navigate to
VTube Studio_Data\StreamingAssets\Logs

If you are on Mac, please navigate to
VTubeStudio.app\Contents\Resources\Data\StreamingAssets\Logs

...and then find the most relevant log (probably the newest one).

Also, what is your CPU/GPU usage at when streaming those games?

when tabbed into val its around 40% cpu and 55% gpu

so im no where near 100%.

the fps in vtube studio drops significantly when i tab into games

it goes from 59 fps (max set to 60) to around 20 fps even if im just on the home screen of valorant
