【⚠️】 Looking into one more problem with this update:

Using certain audio interfaces (for example Steinberg UR12 or Yamaha AG03 Mk2) seems to cause issues when starting webcam tracking after the newest update.

Please make a post in the VTS Discord if you have this issue!! 🙏

What version of VTube Studio are you on?

This should be fixed in the newest version (1.26.11)

How do I find my VTS logs?

Please navigate to the local files of VTS. This can be done in Steam by clicking on the ⚙️ gear icon then Manage > Browse Local Files (see image below)

If you are on Windows, please navigate to
VTube Studio_Data\StreamingAssets\Logs

If you are on Mac, please navigate to
VTubeStudio.app\Contents\Resources\Data\StreamingAssets\Logs

...and then find the most relevant log (probably the newest one).

Don't start that manually.

The fact that there is absolutely no response from the tracker tells me that VTube Studio can't start the tracker executable.

This can only happen if some external app blocks VTube Studio from starting other processes (in this case the face tracker .exe)

So far, in all cases when this has happened, this was caused by an antivirus app.

I don't think it's related to the camera. VTube Studio fails to start the webcam tracker process.

You can probably add VTube Studio as exception for Kaspersky.

Re-install Kaspersky and add "VTube Studio.exe" and "facetracker.exe" as exceptions. Perhaps that will work.
