So i bought this live 2d model, and it is a rar file correct. i convert it to zip files, and as i transfer the files to where the live 2d models r located, the model doesnt show up in my vtube studio at all, and i converted it so many times in different websites.

heya! you dont need to convert .rar files to zip, rar files are a different type of compressed file. You just need to extract its contents using the program winrar and put the folder that it extracts on the models folder
whole folder though, not just the files in it, if you compare it to the models that come with vtube studio you will see how it should look

its a widespread compressed file format. Not as widespread as zip which works in windows by default, but still quite widely use. Some people forget that not everyone haves winrar

also wait can i ask, yk how u buy a pre made model,, sometmies the eyes r so slow to blink or one eye is only blinking, those r adjustable right

i dont buy much premade models so dunno about that in particular
If one eye is not blinking properly, make sure first your face is properly lit and camera position is correct so it can see both of your eyes properly. If the tracking cant see both eyes properly it may not know when you are blinking
