tried installing visual studio redistributable, launched vtube studio before any other streaming services, made sure to close discord in task manager before opening vtube studio
Please navigate to the local files of VTS. This can be done in Steam by clicking on the ⚙️ gear icon then Manage > Browse Local Files (see image below)
If you are on Windows, please navigate to
VTube Studio_Data\StreamingAssets\Logs
If you are on Mac, please navigate to
VTubeStudio.app\Contents\Resources\Data\StreamingAssets\Logs
...and then find the most relevant log (probably the newest one).
@dim cliff any idea?
yep
and yep
When you select the cam in VTS, does it give other FPS, resolution or color options? If so please try them
(also, no need to ping)
yes it does
please try different combinations then
all combinations dont do anything
it doesnt change the 0fps
Mmm
I don't know what it could be then, please wait for someone else's response
@velvet pivot Can you please look through all of these?
And let me know if one of those steps fixed your issue.
the windows N edition thing seems to fix it but it still sometimes freezes unless i open up the settings menu
Are you actually on Windows 10 N edition?
no but downloading the file seemed to work
So what exactly is happening now?
hm if i turn my face all the way out of the screen, it wont continue tracking my face when im back
unless the camera menu is opened (the one that has the calibrate button on it)
seems to work fine now
it also gave me a warning saying that windows is running on compatability mode. will this affect my other games?
it stopped working again
any solutions?
Compatibility mode?
Did you turn that on?
