#Expressions not working

i am having an issue with my expressions when i set everything up an then use the hotkey nothing is happening

I noticed in the video the hotkey is set to numpad1. Did you check to see if numlock was on? I think the numpad numbers won't work if numlock isn't on. And have you tried toggling the expression with a different key combination?

yes i have tried a diff combo as well it was just N1 key but i still couldnt get it to work

I am wondering if the expression json is setup incorrectly and so it doesn't show a change. Do you know if your rigger has tested it?

If the expression was set up correctly, it should work just like that.

Thx @clever canopy I told my rigger an she told me the parameters to use so I will give it shot when I get up an I will be sure to let you know thx for the help fr

i actually got them all working but one a couple days ago turns out she was exporting them as one file instead of one by one
