Model jiggle every once in a while

Please see the video! My client was using IOS with Wifi connection and the model jiggles every few seconds. I used the same way for tracking but this problem doesn't appear on my computer. Any help would be appreciated!

Maybe they accidentally turned on "auto blink" for some parameters?
