Hello everyone! I have been working on a Live2D model and while testing the model in VTube Studio I have been having a problem that I don't know how to solve.
The character has an expression toggle that changes her pupils for hearts. The toggle first closes her eyes and then opens them again, revealing the heart pupils. The problem I am having is that when I activate the toggle, the eyes won't fully close. They will stop midway rather than lower completely. This issue happens and persists the moment I activate the webcam. If I restart VTS from zero and keep the webcam off, it works. This issue only happens with this model(I have another character with a similar toggle and it works well), and the toggle also works properly in other tracking programs.
Some of the things I have tried and tested to try to figure out whats wrong are the following:
·Fully delete and reload the model from zero every time I have made changes.
·Changing the rigging from a single parameter toggle to a full on animation -> Ends up making the issue even worse, with the eyes closing even less.
·Disable the physics -> No effect. The problem persists.
·Change the webcam tracking quality from RTX to different levels -> No effect.
·Play around with the fading speed of the toggle -> No effect.
You can see how it is supposed to look in the video where I show the toggle in Live2D and you can see how it bugs out in the VTS video.
I have already asked for help in the Live2D server to make sure it wasn't a rigging issue but they've found no way of helping me out. I really don't know what to do... I'd be really grateful for any help.
