(Mac) VTube Studio showing my built in webcam, but not turning it on or using it?

Sorry, I'm back lol. I'm having an issue with the software showing my camera, but the camera isn't even turning on when I click 'camera on' - It's just my built-in webcam so i can't like remove and re-plug it in or anything, and I for sure do not have any other apps open that are actively using the webcam. I've tried restarting the app and all that, no luck, and i'm not good @ computers (lol) so I'm not sure what else to do lol. I probably do not have a VPN active, as i don't even know how to instal one of those lmao

Can't do anything about that. The face tracking library requires that version or newer.
