Hi. I have been using VTS for streaming with OBS since last summer, and have any problem in streaming.
However, recently, when the app was minimized or when it not forcused, hotkeys began to not work.
Most people say they solved the problem by running it as admin, so i try to follow the written on github or other site, but it's not working yet.
am i miss something to solve it?
I am searching hard, but I may not have found the exact answer because I am not english user.
I want to get help from more knowledgeable people.

I'm sorry it's written in Korean.
But it's order and content are the same as the English version.
The following is information about the programs or might be helpful .
-OBS ver. 28.1.2 (running as admin)
-Recently, I upgraded my PC to Windows 11. (Perhaps it was around this time that the problem began to arise.)
-It works normally when VTS is focused.
-I try to running steam as admin, but hotkeys are still not work.
-I deleted VTS and reinstalled it, but hotkeys are still not work.
-I deleted steam appcaches, but hotkeys are still not work.
