When the us does friendly red flag tests they restrict there jets because you won’t always be flying in perfect conditions or how you want it to be

No not quite because if they don’t restrict the F22 then it’d win everytime but if they do then it’ll still win most time but the enemy fighter not has a chance so it can practice against a very capable fighter and still have a small chance of winning it’s like in a sport imaging your playing something and you get absolutely destroyed everytime you wouldn’t really learn much but if you struggle a lot but win a few times here and there you’ll be able to learn I think that’s kinda how it works yk?

The f22 being at a disadvantage and the FA50PH going up against the best fighter in the world but it not being to overpowered
