It all depends on your definition of success. Although UK has the most WDC , they also have the most # of drivers to have performed in F1.

163 British drivers brought 22 Championship for an average of 0.135 championship per driver.

Germany has had only 54 drivers and 12 WDC for an average of 0.222 per driver.

Brazil had only 32 drivers and yet 8 championship for an average of 0.250.

So despite the fact that UK has had the most WDC, it came with a much bigger pool of drivers… so one could argue that Brazil and Germany are actually more successful than UK

And what about Finland … 9 drivers and 4 WDC for an average of 0.444 per driver

The Volvo XC90 is built in Gothenburg, Sweden at Torslanda Works. As of 2022 the XC90 will be produced in the U.S.A at Volvos South Carolina Factory located in Ridgeville, Berkeley County, South Carolina.

Currently, all Volvo XC90s are built in Sweden however according to Volvo the South Carolina Factory will produce the next generation XC90 SUV around 2022.

In this case I think the matter is not about if he got supported or not - which he got, but what car can the team bring out for their drivers to drive and go fast... In this case I'd say they haven't been able to give Pérez the car to go as fast as in Verstappen's hands, and therefore part of the fault is the Team's too. Both, like any driver, have their limitations, and it's not like Max is a superdriver xD and Pérez not, but just a matter of not being able to bring a car than can perform as equally fast enough no matter which driver goes into the car, that I think is the basis for any F1 team.

In that sense I agree RBR has massively failed with their second driver, in the overall period the pair has driven for the team... that's undieable, I think... At least, from what I think their standards are... It's their problem too, if they don't choose their driver pairing rightly, so that it doesn't generate a foreseeable and an unaffordable issue in their car development going forwards... . |
Not giving him the right tools to perform, falls into not giving him the right support, I'd say, so I see that point and agree with it.

Three words - Max won the constructor championship on his own last year. If he didn’t have any teammate he would still win.

Checo struggled and barely made p2 in one of the most dominant cars ever. That’s not support - that’s your teammate carrying your team to p1. This year - when Checo does not deliver at all and McLaren are doing fine - max can’t achieve same thing. Checo is simply pulling RBR behind and is only tolerated due to the ties with the richest man in Mexico. If he wasn’t his godfather and didn’t provide enough money to cover for all his stupid mistakes - he would be out long long long long ago.

I liked Checo before, but his “performance” for the past years is so far behind - he has no place in a championship aspiring team
