I think Red Bull are quite limited on what they can improve on the car. Other teams are finding a few tenths with their upgrades, RB seems to only find less.
I think they’re limited to very track specific upgrades, which would be very expensive and impractical to bring entire car packages to each track. They’ve had a significant advantage over the past few seasons, now they have real and sustained competition.
