To some extent yes. But, we would have much more interesting championships and see the talent shine more. If a small mistake in Qualifying drops you 5-10 places down the grid, that’s far more exciting and interesting for race day.

The issue will always be getting the cars to follow as close as possible. There’s been talk of making every race a mandatory 2 stop race where they have to use all compounds. It could be interesting for strategy, but they will all probably use the same tyres at the same time anyway 😂

Some saw a certain arrogance (?) in what he said, but from the tone of the whole interview, and the context, I took it as it is indeed being plane honest regards the inner situation, and that it is in fact a statement that is meant actually to anyone in RB at the current situation, including himself, ofc... this is, he already knows & acknowledges that his time there maybe in the countdown, and is aware of all the consequences of what's and how has he done the things there, for the good and for the bad side of the things, in all this time at the team...

He's clearly done more beyond to what a simple employed TP could have done, and I think has quite pushed further than that in the recent years... In any case, I think keeping Newey and Max could be better in this case, beyond futurible Marko's farewell, rather than keeping Horner.
