The true story is, many media’s or pretty much every media got journalist everywhere. They hear a rumour or talks it “automatically” state as news. But in reality a lot of these news are “opinions” from their journalist and then these media outlets post it out then it goes forward to third party media like Planet1 who has no control of the information that has been released from a media like Sky as an example. How sky is so involved in most of this rumours has to be that they pretty much own the place and most tv broadcast. Their journalist and people are always on the paddock as well. Talking about what I know and think tho. I hate main stream media (media’s such as Sky, Mirror, Dailymail etc) I only follow journalists.

My issue is F1 is seen as a farce from majority of people based on decisions lately. If this isn't dealt with properly it continues to make a mockery of the sport. The FIA needs to claw back some form of competency and the only way to do that is with appropriate punishment.
Constructors points are pointless for last year, this year potentially not. Wind tunnel time is a good shout and reduced spending for a future season is also a good shout.

100% agree. They need to sort themselves out and the best way of doing that is making a statement of intent with this. If its a soft punishment you'll get "FIA fix with RB" everywhere, teams will ignore the rules more and they'll lose all credibility they've got left (which isn't much tbh)

It’s actually the FIA that’s making themself look like they’re one big joke. No structure, no clear written rules, no clear punishment but a wide spectrum that when you’re 5% over the BC you can get a reprimand, a fine, less budget for next season or point deduction in championships. If Red Bull gets either a reprimand or a fine everyone will whine that the punishment is not high enough and they will do the same next season. If the FIA does decide to do point deduction they make a joke out of themselves by having sorted things in the past behind closed doors. Illegal Ferrari, Mercedes doing an illegal tyre test etc etc. And not to forget the leak that’s inside the FIA spilling all the information to Toto

Problem for the Indy drivers are that there are little super license points given. And most Indy drivers don’t want to race two seasons in Formula 2 to get enough points for a super license. I don’t think I would either if I was an American in Indy car
