I'm often finding that on longer tracks people will pit 2-4 times more than me, and still be able to catch up and pass me every time with no problem
I'm in series 3 for context, and my cars are decently quick. I don't play super aggressive, I focus more on tire management and holding positions than attacking and moving up. should I just play more aggressively and take the extra couple pits or does anybody here have advice?

Easy way to learn a track is to go full attack in a single lap from 100% PU. Watch whole lap from overview, then you can see which corners/straights are worth attacking/conserving based on the overtakes or time gained.

Your TS is based on your overall parts and drivers so the total of both must be totalling under x.4 so they stay the same.
