I feel like, if spending affects their f2p opponents in duels then “so what?” But the situation in which extra race points are awarded to those who are more likely to have spent tens to hundreds of dollars for a single asset, almost certainly confirming that a f2p cannot and will not reach the higher ranks of a gp group, DESPITE getting maximum points across a whole weekend, is where the problem lies

Exactly this. People reach series 12 and want to get a Champions P1 medal way too quickly. And in doing so, they ruin the rest of the season

Having enjoyment even short term is enough to keep your account alive and prevent burn out (usually resulting in either account deletion or loss of motivation to reach your original season goal) it’s essential to the prolonged success even if progression is slow for a while

And even with these legends events.. these are opportunities for players to drop down event difficulty and soften there groupings a little

i get that, but as someone who was once an avid player, loved this game to the moon and back when it was thriving during covid, to see what its become now, its like constantly doing scrims or comp when you're just tryna enjoy yourself and complete 2 pit pass tiers and enjoy the rest of your day

I’ve been playing f1 manager and it’s been so much more engaging. But the different playstyle makes it different from f1 clash, so when I come back after a week or so, it FEELS different to play. Like I have to adapt my playstyle again, sometimes I even find faster ways around a track than before!

the only time i'd play for longer is when gp events are on, to where ill just plug in my headphones and just do all 8 races on saturday and sunday

The other day I activated 2x for 3hr And 16 times in a row got an opponent with 80 more ts, and had to swipe. Not only did it drain my battery, it felt like a chore to continue racing afterwards so I called it quits. S11 is hard when starting out at this point in the season.

You have plenty of time before then to prepare your constructors champion (CC) points

People want instant gratification. In the event they don’t get it. P2W elements of the game exploit these people psychologically. They can’t compete, so they spend to get the rewards. They don’t get what they want and it just cycles again. And they spend again more to chase the satisfaction of winning. In the end they don’t get.

130hr and 30min total for every weekday of the year and 208hr for every weekend of the year. Given that race takes 7-8 min, you can complete +/-2,708 races in a season. See how quickly those numbers went up. Also 2,708 gives you up to 208 race losses and you’ll still win 2,500 races (maximum required for it’s “100%” score)

you absolutely can do that the whole season, and you will make it perfectly fine

If you want to play and compete in every event, you have to pay up. That is how F2P mobile games are structured

You must be doing something wrong as this is basically the easiest rotation there can be - tied with PU. Pick Alonso, Charles or Colapinto - whatever you have. You can scroll up for a suggestion of the setup too. But there shouldn’t be any reason you would lose as much.

I think PU is the one to go off the stat. For PU I go bit of cornering and it works better. In contender at the hot prospect GP put full PU on, only finished around p10. Next attempt, put cornering on and was 1-2 by mid race (this was Sakhir)

I’ve been losing on a few tracks where my opponent has different stats than the track stats. For example: Hungary is cornering, but they destroy me with a speed setup. Am I doing something wrong? Or are some tracks better suited to stats that aren’t what the game says?
