Game umis garbage. I had forfeited races during the last 4 and consecutive grand prix and missed the cut. Races didn't even started and were forgitted. My unternet conextion was perfectly fine with 2.000MB/S. Resume: don't waste your time and money in this game. Its not worth it.

Disconnections can happen at any point. Speed generally isn't the problem it's usually due to latency or packet loss which doesn't impact speed and various other services.

When there are widespread issues based on our end we generally provide compensation for Players.

What there isn't is any increase in forced disconnections or forfeits based on a Players progression at any point

Part of the reason a disconnect is considered a forfeit and issues 3 points is there are no mechanisms to determine a genuine disconnection (through no fault of the Player) and a malicious, intentional disconnection in the instance someone might be losing a race for example.

That's not the best experience for Players though, I agree, so there is a design somewhere in progress for providing some mechanism to help Players who might experience the odd disconnection, especially during GP Events

Most games get pay to win after a certain point, but that doesn't seem like what's happening here,
Try messing around with strategies and Drs timings and intervals, also, make sure you're picking tracks that compliment boosts you have and build your car for the track of the series you are playing in.

For example, if picking a slightly worse on paper part means you have better cornering on a curvy track, it might be and likely is worth it to pick that part.

Make sure you're using your Drs on straights most of the time and save some energy to build up speed at the start of your straight before turning on Drs so you get the most momentum to build up speed and pass players at the same time in attack mode.

Also, Drs can help you save on tire wear on maps that might let you get away with 1 les pitstop to save a few seconds,

Also, most importantly, make sure you're remembering to focus on getting through all of the laps as fast and as optimally as you can, rather than trying to be ahead and overtake everyone only to fall behind because you have to take a badly timed or even extra pit stop

I'm debating how many players have Chaos Core at L4 to decide if I will go for Champs in the upcoming events - I basically need 24 cards to get it, not impossible if I land a legendary crate and get lucky with it (and a few gold crates)

People have been farming the S12 new parts since last week. I'd assume Lvl4 is not that rare. And it also depends on your GP grouping

Yeah that's the issue. I think I've completed at least 4 sprints today alone, finishing in top 3 for all. But I think my GP grouping will be decently strong because I have finished top 10 twice in Champion tier (my contender S9 groupings have been brutal as a result - last two cutoffs in events was 372 and 356 - didn't have the sponsor task and thus failed to qualify).

I could do contender again (I've been there for the past 3 events), and I have E Fittipaldi but at L2, so I'm not too keen, and I do want to try to get more Epic S12 cards so the champs tier is tempting me

guess I'll grind more sprints after work lol

S5 driver stat is race start, most important stat this series. Use leclerc over Doohan and switch Alonso for Leclerc again as soon as you get him.

For the car, use power unit setup, and take a loss when you get Monza.

Supernova, slickshift, Motion, synergy, equinox and mach2/reactor.

when you get decent, use it in stead of supernova for the extra qualifying stat. You should try some different combinations of those as it has been a while since I have races there so could be mixing some series in my head. I am positive about the drivers though

Same, swap out Doohan. Hé raises your Teamscore but has a bad racestart, which is the shared driver stat over all tracks in S5

Does not matter, don’t just look at teamscore. Teamscore only determines opponents. The goal in lower series is to have high track stats and driver stats that are important in that series, whip keeping your teamscore as low as possible

Using high race start drivers in race start tracks means you go faster for the whole race, not just at the race start.

Same for other stats like defending, overtaking and tyre management.

It’s worked, I’m in Serie 6 now and there’s another big problem. My cars and drivers usually perform well in China and Abu Dhabi, but very poorly in Belgium. I don't know why, but my car isn't as fast as AI on Kemmel Straight with DRS on, and I get overtaken by AI on the outside at Pouhon Corner. In short, it's bad everywhere, and I don't know why.
