Guys, The game has been a mess ever since they removed the driver consistency feature. Today, none of the teams can be taken seriously. The game simply has no sense of fairness.

Because when you increase your series level, logically you will encounter opponents with higher team power.

If when you reach 1000 team power you face an opponent with 10% more team power than yours we are talking about 100 team points, it is a very high amount.

This creates an imbalance of players, in addition to the fact that when I spoke to Hutch they said that the association points could vary in the match and that this was not a guarantee.

... That you would have a good pilot, if that is true everyone who puts money in to have more benefits and be able to upload their pilots is taking a loss.

Since each driver's individual points are not necessarily what they show on the cards.

In so many years of game production, Hutch could have done better and made the game fairer. But we know their goal is just one place, and screw anyone trying to have fun.

if you dont have any medals you are grouped based on your flags - your flags qty is translated to your GR score in some way Hutch only knows ( more flags = higher group ).

play few GP's and you will be grouped normally based on the GR ( based on past performance ) , in much easier group.

But that said I'm looking forward to the next time PU tracks come around. I find myself with a significantly higher win rate and I managed to generate a lot of coins with the coin surge from those - getting me out of a 'financial rut' where I got close to running out of coins.

I only bought pit pass for the first 4 runs (and I think 2 GP events I bought stuff), I skipped the past 2 premium pit pass cycles, but will probably get it next round to load up on boosts if they are good (basically race start related ones).

Yeah, the tricky part is that unless you finish top 3 in Champion Tier, or win a Contender Tier event, your best result is Level 18 (90-94%), since those are the only ones score more than 50% in the highest GP result category. Even with Champion 3rd, you will need to max out everything incl epics (which according to TR's spreadsheet is not likely).
And I got 90% rather easily last year with a top score of Champion Finalist and I was much slower only hitting S12 in November so...

I think this game has reached its limit. I joined several years ago and I was happy, because there is enough strategy. In the last two years, the only strategy is to make players buy. Team scores don’t mean anything. You can get beat by someone who’s score is 25% lower than yours

Boosts seem to have a subtracting effect to the stats they’re supposed to add to

Series crates only give you about a 20% chance of getting a card in the specific series, it’s almost always lower cards only

AI drivers seems to have their stats boosted 15-20% in GP Events, meaning you can’t race series duels to find the best set up

It’s like the only way to be good at this game is spend over $1,000. And it doesn’t look like even that will guarantee success

I’ve realised that boosting bortoleto is way worse than leaving him unboosted. Zandvoort comparison. Without boost, bortoleto held his line and no net position loss. With ballast (verstappen on self control) bortoleto was noticeably slower around the first corner, losing 4-5 places to ai cars.

I'm not proud at all, I took a walk... because hutch has done so unfairly in how it draws up the event groups. Accounts with 5000 games and over 1600 ts cannot advance to the finals and a ridiculous account in 10 days does much more... you have failed there at hutch

You have made not playing and losing games on purpose part of the game. It is not a tactic to sit around and lose. It is all your fault. Everyone plays at a lower level so that they can easily win at some point when they will face much lower-powered opponents.

Those who play in the champion continuously in events and don't pay much are doomed to never win, while others who don't play in the finals, for example, have better groups the next time around.

Apart from 20-30 players who have paid a lot, all the other players are trying to cheat the system to find themselves with inferior opponents and have a walk in the park, they probably only care about winning, not being the best... it's not the players' fault, hutch made a mistake again

This isn’t something new. You could do it with the first scoring GP grouping. It happened with flags, it happens with the new system also. Difference is you can’t repeat it without issue over a year - like you could with flags. Now you have to think about it and make an effort.

It will happen in the next system as well - whatever that is
