You'd only get to use 3xSofts, 2xMediums, 1xHards per race for each driver.

It won't be too limiting as having to use different compunds per race like irl but it could spice things up a bit.

iirc it’s not actually possible to P2W in this game. Boosts are about as far as you can pay to win. Matchmaking is usually quite fair (and more punishing on players close to or above the recommended TS) despite what some people say. I mean, anyone who spends money on driver cards is just a little bit slow on the uptake.

I won a just won a game in s11 Austin cuz I didn’t trust TS😅 . Rival is +40 TS, his drivers are all one level higher, he got +30 speed and +10 cornering. The PU is the one lowering the team score. From my past experience, higher TS rival usually have wrong setups. He accelerated out of the corner so fast that I though he was on a speed setup , didn’t know he also got better cornering, but I still win by a margin 😀

s9 is about defending, you chose the correct drivers. Max could be a good option too if you collect enough cards and coins to upgrade, but once you reach s10 and start getting higher epics, you may not need the rare drivers anymore
