in the first recording, Hungary is a Race Start track, and Race Start is Stroll's lowest stat. Race Start tracks are intended to work like that, so it is not a bug.

in the second recording, yes this is indeed a pitstop bug in hungary that has been existing for a few seasons now, hutch should have taken this into consideration long time ago. I have got this issue a few times too.
