Several years ago we had 150 differences from s1 to s12 with far less complaints. Why? Because the TS was not up front and center and in your face and players wanted to learn what’s behind it. Now ? “Omg he’s higher this is rigged”

Speed seems to work even against rivals with S9 drs once I went past 150 speed stat.

I should have lost - ironically - as everyone says TS means everything and a 50-100 disadvantage can’t be beaten. Or something.

The cars are separate. You don’t combine the tyre management of the drivers - it’s 78 vs 76 for the lower driver and 80 vs 90 for the higher one. When we take into account the ratio / split between driver and car stats - for one of them I was at a ~20 advantage and the second one is ~50. Which on a fully wet track can be easily negated. Unless you swap around your strategy a bit which I did.

As for why the setup - it’s the setup I have a higher qualifying with. I’d rather have a Speed and Cornering with higher qualifying setup than can work slightly worse on PU tracks than one focused entirely on PU with which I will sufferer on the non-PU tracks. It works fine for now, even if I wouldn’t run it in a GP

If you're referring to GP races; these still feature static weather in each race due to the Fastest Lap factor. This is the same as what was seen during the 2024 season.

So as a workaround we've enabled static weather so that all players experience the same weather conditions to remove this unfairness.

I have to disagree here. If its a bug we are the ones that report to Hutch mostly, and because it is so random they can only in my book note it. You might experience it today and not tomorrow. I think they have done a fair job of informing us of notable issues that we need to be aware of. Don't think this is one that we should be screaming about especially given the history of SC bugs in this game. At least no one is overtaking under the safety car anymore.

Look at the 4 track options and you will notice that s2 for example is defending based, while s3 is cornering. Focus on these

Team score is all your attributes of car and driver added up.

But not all attributes are equal, those called out on the track list are super important.

You can keep increasing your team score and the game will put you against other people with similar teamscores. There's no getting ahead of the curve.

So the biggest tip is to look at teamscore like a budget. It doesn't matter if you finish 21 and 23 as long as your rival is 22 and 24 (sprints and GP excluded) the ai doesn't matter.

So spend that teamscore on things that matters wisely to try and get an advantage over what your rivals have spent theirs on
