It might just be me but I find that using Boosts can help you to score higher in GP races. For example there is a boost called “Self Control”. You can equip it in the tire selection screen after qualifying. It gives 5 bonus cornering and 5 PU to your car plus increases your driver’s tire management by 5 points. There are other boosts too that can increase your stats by even more…… 🤷‍♂️

I have heard that you can even equip the same boost for both drivers 😎

Hey possible glitch this am with reward crates. Had this strange experience with reward 52 legendary driver v2 crate. I got a series of J Buttons and when I was tapping the skip to reward button only he kept coming up. I was over 60 Button shards when a "regular" full reward drop happened and only 4 Button shards were in it. When I checked my drivers Button did not have 60 shards and wasn't upgradeable. Any one else run into this?

There is always a way to build a loadout to win. You just need to experiment. Good driver with a bad driver. Qualifying focus. If you’ve got spare coins, build a maximum cornering car and forfeit on Speed and PU.

Free tip : don’t move up too quickly… the year is not even 2 months old and still a long way to May 2026.

Move up series only when you are ready (as an example, if you finish 1-2 with 47pts every race in S4, then you are ready to move up.

Also, Sprints are much easier in lower series, if you move up too fast you might not be able to benefit from the Sprints as you are in now in lower series.

I know that especially you, Qnyx, often see me confronting the developers about the game, and it might sometimes seem like I hate F1 Clash — but that’s not the case. If I were to rate the game from 1 to 10, I’d give it a 9/10. I really enjoy and love F1 Clash.

That said, it sometimes feels like the Hutch developers are ignoring well-known issues, such as the F1 car AI being extremely slow or even coming to a stop at certain points on the tracks, as well as the need for adjustments to team score calculations, etc.

I just feel that they should start doing more to address these problems. While they have made some improvements to the AI, there’s still a strong need for further adjustments, since many players continue to complain about it.

Don’t worry - we are both saying the same thing also. There are some long standing issues that need addressing. Without any doubt. We all know them. We talk about them daily.

But “rigging” the races and all the similar comments and conspiracy theories - this is just looking for an excuse. Coding something like this wouldn’t be easy in a game with thousands of players. And it would be wrong and against multiple requirements too.

Let’s focus on things that are really there - and get these fixed first. Not focus on and trying to imagine some random thing that simply doesn’t exist. If nothing else - For the sake of the players enjoying the game at least

The game has issues for sure. Off the bat I can say that the feeling of AI getting better to stop your winstreak is not a thing. What the AI respond to is the strength of your rival. If you have a very strong rival, the AI will try to match that rival. Likewise if you are stronger than your rival, the AI will try to match you. So either you or your rival will feel like the AI is giving you a hard time in that particular race but it is really your team is weaker in comparison.

But at some point we all have experienced that as soon as we use the coin boost powerup, the match making algorithm changes a bit. It either gives you more PVP or higher match making. That's all and in turn the races are more difficult. In general this season so far the player bases is largely clumped together so way more PvP regardless at the moment.

Sprints were reduced significantly - limiting your epic card gains. We have legendaries from the start - which come as guaranteed drops only in arise crates, while the rest are at 25%. There is almost zero chance the legendaries won't be included in the season score.

Staying low to unlock asset trading - while it can in theory help up to some levels (Roughly 4 for epics) - in the long run is a drop in the ocean. You are getting lower assets from all crates, limiting your chances for legendary drivers too at the cost of 6 epics / 60 rares per day. Which - if we assume you unlock AT in the first month and you trade every day will get you less than 2k epics (not even 10%) in a season or ~18k rares (Roughly 30%) . Take into account that you also have to have these assets unlocked so you can trade for them - and you will see it's not the magic pill that will help you. And you will also have issues with coins at the same time for upgrades. Long term - you will be better off not focusing on trading. At least until there are massive changes to it. It simply isn't worth it in an economy of 63 + 9 (for now) drivers and 42 parts.

On that note Sam, we have been asking for an over haul to trade and possibly option to trade boosts. What is happening to that? Will we ever see that change?

And we only have half the legendary drivers released. 9 jist now, I bet the overall Legendary count will be 20 at least when everyone is out.
