It’s a very valid tactic that I did last season but it was a lot more effective with actual sprints. Trading for epics can get you only so far and in early series - it can help to level 4-5, after that - it’s super slow with the cards per level. You also need to unlock the parts / drivers with bucks and hope for the best. At the current state of trading and sprints and upgrade prices - it’s not worth it really.
