In my opinion it has increased.

The way how scaling impacts on race performance, the increase in car & driver stats needed to get on level with AI cars, the impact in overall performance of track stats both from driver & cars have changed (diminished) compared to the performance obtained from higher total stat points without peaks on track stat. And, the impact on performance coming from driver stats vs car stats (driver stat performance has diminished a chunk).

All compared to how it was at the end of last season. And game economy wise, is just a bit better, but still steep to level up the assets. And crate assets types & qtties, yep juuust reduced a bit more. Entering the 2nd week of the game, yep. I guess one of the aims is to somehow equalise the performance from the whole player base perhaps (first timers vs 1 or more seasoned players) which I get is fair in someway, but yes, there are differences...

I guess after the first event, the game will fully start with all the main prizing features turned on 🤔🫠🙂

I tend to go low, but never under the recommended TS, this is, since this data was introduced (either last season or the previous one, can't remember now). But never went actually that low due to the 'minimum & maximum Hutch bots' 🤖 xD and for having a starting point to measure the strength for the corresponding ai at Event races (which was higher than the respective tier, from Contender up - felt like a S10 to a certain extent).

Do not know if the In game FAQ states it explicitly - I guess it does, but for the players to get the impression that 'recommended TS' is for having higher chances of winning, is not totally right, since it just shows a referential interval of AI strength, coming from the car&drivers of the grid at that Serie.

In that case always start from scratch. This is, Serie 1, lowest drivers, and all stock parts. And just move gradually the stats so you can measure the strength of the ai cars of the grid at that Serie. Using some boosts, will help to see the impact in performance each stat may give, be it a track stat or not.

Remember that Qualifying and Start results are always a variable between a certain range (and not a static result).
There is then some 'deliberate inconsistencies' designed into the game, as well as how good your team performs regards its strength against the opponent.

Watching some creators' videos & advices always help, either be that a summary of what one already knows, or to get other hints that wasn't really aware of...

The rest is just try, hit & miss. 👍🏻👍🏻 In this way one can find the best performing stat mix of driver & car, without necessarily going blindly high on TS . )

Well think about it like this: series 12 drivers have high team score, meaning you will be match made with others with high team score. Your driver would likely far be imbalanced to your vehicle, meaning you would be versing unnecessarily hard opponents

Pit pass has to be achievable for most players, so you are progressing much faster than the average player. When you complete the pit pass, there is a buck bank so you can continue earning trophies for max 50 bucks at the end of the month

DRS UI responses and view on the hud is still sketchy and buggy. There are times when your DRS does not come up and has a lag, but if you tap the unactivated space it activates as the cool down has ended.

Opponents DRS does not show at least 3/4 times when they get it or when they deploy. Rest times it shows green and then blue in map mode.

This is most likely due to the significantly higher player activity at the beginning of the season.

There is a "points cap" in which someone will not be added to a group if existing players in that group have over 'x' points. This cap has not changed between the 2024 and 2025 season.

In Series 6, the TS range is 650-900 TS. But last year's challenger GP was like S8 in terms of AI strength...

Obviously we dont have any info yet on AI strength for challenger for this season, but judging from last year is the best thing I can do so far

Junior isn't worth it for me, I'm in series 8 and the coins and assets don't seem worth it. Correct me if I'm wrong, this is my first year doing GPs

In that case it might be better to wait a GP or 2 and upgrade your challenger assets. From last year's experience, the best chance at earning a P1 medal in GPs is your first time. So its better to start off strong

Champ GP will be full of whales who are already in S12 after a week of playing. Unless you want to measure yourself against them, stick to contender lol
