If you're referring to the Champions Grand Slam, there are no mechanics or features of the event being removed due to regional laws.

There are some other game mechanics, like the Spinner, which are removed in some countries due to their local laws.

Yep, use epics score 46 in race, take said risk and use level 2 Stewart for sponsor task, score 40 and get 46 with added bonus points, but in the same group as people with Jackie level 7 scoring 47+6 for 53 you've got no chance.

I agree the risk is there when it's normal drivers as everyone has an equal chance of having them and having upgraded them, but when it's a risk based on how much you've spent Vs the next person, it's over.
