@opal carbon , it funny because when I opened one of my crates as per attached, I received ballast boost totaled 160 and next crate had ballast too and it remained 160 total. Not the first time this has happened.

It's visual only. When you open multiple crates at the same time, like the 1 coin deal where you are opening 5, it shows the total balance of the boost you will have after opening all the crates in the que, I've had it myself before, but you will have received the correct amount, Sam was able to show me when it happened to me too.

Yes... as soon as you press to collect the game calculate everything you ll get regardless if you seen it or not, so let's say you get 3 times ballast in 5 crates the 1st one will allready tell you how many you ll end at the end of the 5 crates cuz the game allready knows what you ll get

This keeps happening over and over to me. Support had been somewhat helpful (provided one 8 hour Express access) for what has happened 5 or 6 times in recent weeks. Supports solution is to play crate queue roulette basically and just remove and add them over and over until it corrects itself or opening a free crate should fix it. Well you can see it did not fix it.

Two legendary crates, 2 platinum and 1 gold I think is the count now of crates that should have opened with a 50% reduction that didn't. 40 extra hours of waiting on crates that shouldn't have happened.

and pit and change to wets every lap and for a wet race I start on softs and conserve energy and pit every lap for new set of softs
I take the 4-5 laps down by end of the race any day over the stupid matchmaking lol

How many years in and matchmaking is still a joke but hey they want us to spend money lol

You do, it's just that the balance shown after the first boost drop is the total you will have of that boost after all crates have opened.
Because you are opening 5 crates at once it's showing the final balance of all 5 even though the others may not have popped up in the animation yet

What is actually happening here is when you trigger opening multiple crates like this; the game calculates all of the rewards you receive from each crate and adds the results to your account almost instantly. The animations of receiving each are there for Players to understand each asset they received and are the slowest part of the process.

You're seeing '160' as your total after all of the rewards from each crate have already been added but simply that the animations haven't completed. It's confusing though, I know.

@opal carbon I would like to know if it is possible for me to open more than 90% of the cases with only Webber and Berger (currently they are both at L7 with excess of 300 and 330 cards, Coulthard +200 and J. Villeneve +100). Currently I am not able to participate in the Grand Slam but I believe it should not be a question of luck to obtain a percentage such as to “upgrade to L7 of the 5 legendary drivers. Or you should have the possibility of balancing, exchanging 100 cards for 10 with the missing ones.

For example just now, in my first crate, I received +4 instinct that brought my total to 40 instinct. My second and third crate had instinct in them crates bit my total when I check still remains 40. Therefore, I don't what you meant they are added because I am not seeing it. You can have a look at my account.

Its a good one though, but that come up a lot throughout the weekend, because people see the 1st crate and assume that it's what they have at the 1st crate, so prepare to see that a lot, almost as much as when new season starts

This should be changed to be less confusing but is how it currently works.

So after you open the 1st crate the game knows what will you get in all 5 and add all of that at the 1st crate so if you get multiple times the same boost you ll see the same nr, let's say you get 5+5+5 ballast, at the 1st crate you ll get 15 in your total even though only shows 5

The current method simply leads to confusion as we've seen above.
