Description: Unknown how this bug has occurred but current theory is that happens when rapidly exiting inventory. Problem is that you are unable to change your view or look around. Focus point is fixed, causing you to not be able to look up, down, left, or right.

this seems similar to another bug about your view being locked. In my case it was when I was in 3rd person driving the truck. When I exited the truck I was stuck looking one direction. Had to save/load to fix.
