This one's a known bug. Just get to a battery rack as quick as you can.

In the previous version, you could click and release to reduce RSI.

Yes, but now it works if you click/hold.
Not sure if intentional change or not.
Either way, might wanna change title to indicate the issue is with single-click not continuously charging.

On the small solar panel, you need to crouch and be close to the power output, and it will charge while you hold the key down. You must be at the same height as the panel's power output. It's a good way to charge the suit.
